During holidays or times of high demand, orders can take up to 7 business days to be fulfilled and shipped.

If you need to cancel your order, get in touch with us as quickly as possible. Every order is sent to production the same day ordered and work begins on them very quickly. Once orders have been sent to production, you are not able to cancel them. Please send any questions you have about an item before ordering!
Standard shipping for orders in the United States typically takes 3-6 business days to be delivered after shipping. International orders usually take 1-3 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing of your country.
If you are receiving an international order, the buyer is responsible for any extra fees your country might impose, such as extra duties, taxes and customs clearance, and VAT fees. These are due upon delivery and must be paid by the buyer.
These taxes are charged by your country of residence and unfortunately, they cannot be paid by Trendsy Tees. If you live in a country subject to import fees, it's a good idea to check when and if these fees will incur before you place your order. Sometimes only shipments worth more than a specific dollar amount will be charged fees, so in some cases it might be best to order multiple items separately.
Because our items are made to order, we only replace items if they are defective or if you received the wrong item. We cannot process size or color returns and exchanges. Please keep this in mind, making sure to check our size chart before ordering.
If you receive a defective item, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your package, making sure to include your order number, photos and details and we'll make it right by sending you a replacement at no cost to you.
